If you are a Google adsense publisher and have a website where people normally visit using Opera mini, you could be losing a lot of money if your Adsense ads are not showing on that platform. For sure, Desktop ads pay much better than Ads for mobile but mobile traffic has almost dwarfed desktop traffic now and so it makes sense to also try to make money from Opera mini traffic.When it comes to making money online using Pay per click advertising, Google adsense is a great platform to work with. However, if you've got a website that has a lot of Opera mini visitors, how do you monetize that mobile traffic?Most mobile phone users who surf the web tend to make use of Opera mini as their preferred browser due to the fact that the browser has a way of rendering web pages faster and is more efficient. If you've got a website that has more Opera mini visitors than Desktop visitors, you would certainly want to be able to monetize that traffic one way or another. This is where rewarding programs like Adsense comes into the picture. In order to be able to display Google adsense ads on your blog for Opera mini visitors, you just need to make use of Adsense for Mobile.1. Log into your Google adsense account
2. Go to your Ad set up center
3. Under Mobile content, click on New Ad unit
4. Enter a name for your Mobile ad
5. Enter other things like Ad format, markup language - xhtml(WAP2.0)
6. Under scripting language, select the script which your website uses e.g. php, cgi-perl, jsp or asp. I use Perl
7. Save and copy the Code
8. Open your website script template
9. Paste the code where you want the ad to appearOpera mini doesn't display adsense for content ads on most devices:
I noticed that If you tried to create and copy a normal adsense code from your content ads setup, you may be able to copy the ads to your template but it will not be showing any ads on an Opera mini browser so you may just be losing money than if you were using their basic WAP 2.0 ad format.This is basically how I was able to get Adsense for mobile ads to show up on Opera mini.
