I initially had a problem with my Nokia E52 phone and I've tried restoring the factory settings but that did not work since it still displaying the error.

The bottom line is that for some unknown reason, I've been getting the error anytime I want to do something significant with my Nokia E52 phone.
The error it always gives is this, "Memory full. Delete or Remove some data from C: Phone Memory". Even when I'm basically not doing anything with my phone and it's idle, it still says "memory full, delete some data".

Ok, I had already upgraded my phone memory with about 8GB and this is even more than enough for my phone's need and I though that would solve the problem but it still didn't. I've also deleted a couple of files from my phone as well as text messages and apps which I even valued and I was yet to overcome the trouble.

It seemed as though there was a virus affecting the firmware and after doing some Googling, I found out that I had to update my phone's software using PC suite. I tried connecting my phone to my laptop via bluetooth to update the firmware but it required I connect it using a USB cable. The bottom line was I sort of needed to have the phone's software update or at least restored to its original state.

So you can solve this problem by simply updaign your phone' software using PC suite or doing it offline by pressing some buttons on your keyboard which I did.

What you need to do first:
- Back up your phone setting and contacts first

How to restore your phone's software to original state
============

- Turn the phone off
- Now press down the 3 buttons: Call,* and 3 together
- While holding down the 3 buttons, press the power on switch at the head
- When the phone powers on release the power button and still hold on to the 3 buttons
- The phone would boot up the firmware and ask you to select country.
- Release the 3 buttons, select your country and proceed with the installation

Your Nokia phone would be restored to the original state and every other thing like apps, text messages and settings would be wiped out.

I'm also glad that my memory card was not wiped out as I forgot to pull it out during the resetting process.

Restoring back your old files
==========
- Just do a backup restore of the files and settings you've saved using PC suite
- For apps, you'd just need to re-install the jar files from your memory card or computer where there are stored

Now I can compose text messages, use camera and other applications on my Nokia e52 without having to face that phone error again.
