What's the best way to make money from the incoming traffic a website gets from Amazon silk browsers?

For those who don't already know, the Amazon silk browser is Amazon's own special kind of browser that works on Android like platforms like the Kindle tablets. Yes, it comes bundled with the Kindle device and I've been using it for a while now.

Due to the fact that I have a specific website that receives a lot of traffic from Amazon silk visitors, I've been wondering what's the best way one can make money with that sort of traffic.

Well, first of all, I've been running an experiment on the website and for now, I have 2 monetization methods set up on it which are : Google adsense and Amazon affiliate program.

It's been over a year since I've been running the site and with results I've seen, it so happens that I barely make much from the Google ads but the commissions from Amazon's affiliate program have just been rising. Yes, it so seems that Silk browser visits to my site have converted more affiliate sales from kindle apps than clicks on Google adverts.

Amazon Kindle tablets such as the Kindle fire allows users to easily buy appps with 1-click which is a much faster method for shopping at Amazon's appstore. Anyway, I also noticed that another reason why people buy more apps than click on my Google ads were because the blog was more focused on reviewing kindle apps than just general blogging topics.

Well, what I've noticed is that both Google adsense ads and Amazon affiliate ads display on the Silk browser which means that the silk browser does support javascript and browsers like a full web page except that it's a bit smaller than the usual laptops.

The bottomline is that you can monetize Amazon silk traffic on your website using both pay per click ads as well as Amazon's affiliate ads. The apps sure do convert well since they are mostly useful to Kindle users.
